Good Fats vs Bad Fats

When I was a bit younger, I wondered which are the fats that are good for our health as long as they are called the Good Fats and how to distinguish them from the Bad Fats. We all needs fats as Fat helps our nutrient absorption. However, when consumed in excess amount, fats contribute to weight gain, heart disease and certain types of cancer. Fats are not created equal. Some fats promote our health positively while other increase our risks of heart disease. The key is to replace bad fats with good fats in our diet.

  • Oil (canola, olive, peanut, sesame)
