In just a few years since PimpThatFood.com was launched, I have been working and collaborating with different kinds of media, mainly online media. These works helped me exploring more other aspects rather than just food and I have learned a lot from each and every one of them.

- Organized the Xmas Log Competition for Charity 2010 – A Recognized Charity Event by the St.Lucia Local Council which sold the participants Xmas Logs during a Xmas event and the profits went all to Malta Community Chest Fund December 2010
- Featured on World Food Programme Organisation as contributing in donating money from the sales of my first E-Book World Cup 2010 Recipes August 2010
- Featured Recipe in Rovia Travel Companies Newsletter – Hungarian Goulash recipe March 2011
- ‘How To Peel a Perfect Kiwi’ – a youtube video that I have shared on my PimpThatFood Youtube channel which was a hit with the viewers with more than 30,000 hits. January 2009
- Collaborated in the Food Section of the Malta Today Online Newspaper from August 2010
